• 5 mini consultations with discussion and checking step-by-step with the plan.

 

• communication in the form of a chat in Telegram (a video call if necessary);
• collection of health history;
• discussion of expectations from the consultation;
• laboratory tests the check list according client's case;
• discussion of test results;
• discussion of motivation and further client's steps;
• drawing up an individual protocol.

• description of key test indicators and aspects that good to be worked out (nutrition and holistic approach);
• description of the suitable type of diet, lifestyle and use of supplements;
• links to related supplements or other recommended tools.
