FREE domestic shipping within the U.S. 50 states:

- on orders $49 or more – 5-8 business days delivery time

- on orders $250 or more – 2-3 business days delivery time

Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfillment due to weekends or holidays, or delays due to customs or import complications.

Shipping Methods for Domestic Orders

Customers can check and choose available shipping methods under the checkout when shipping address is added.

Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping options are NOT available to US territories or for international orders (shipping outside of the USA).

Carriers for Free and Flat Rate Shipping vary, and are selected based on weight and destination.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled during business days. Most orders will ship the same day when placed by 1 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Sapplementa is not responsible for shipping/delivery in time due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

It's possible that we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Our customer service will request additional information if needed from e-mail: info@sapplementa.com only.

Holidays

Packages are not shipped from the Sapplementa on Holidays that affect currier offices days/hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sapplementa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Availability of international shipping depends on products and different countries policy. 

We do not ship to Russia.

Some brands available for free shipping to Ukraine with no minimum order. Read on products information pages.

Customs & Restrictions

To avoid shipping delays, high import duties and backorders. Please check your country's policy before ordering. You can do this by contacting your country's customs office and asking questions about their policies regarding the products you would like to order.

We appreciate your understanding and participation in this aspect of international orders!

Commercial invoices for customs clearance will be sent with the full product value. Rewards points and coupons will not be deducted from the commercial invoice.

It is important to know of any personal purchase limits in place in your country. If your order exceeds the set limit, you will have to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at extra cost.

Restricted Items

Please contact your local authorities before placing the order if you suspect your country has specific restrictions related to an order you would like to place. This will avoid unnecessary added cost to you and get your product delivered in a reasonable fashion. Sapplementa is not responsible for tracking each country’s restricted items.

Refund Policies

 It is the full responsibility of the customer to be aware of your country’s policies on the product ordered and prepared to handle through the import process.

Responsibility for all detained, impounded, delayed or returned to sender packages lies with the customer. Any import taxes/duties and brokerage fees are the customers responsibility separate from any order and shipping fees you pay to Sapplementa.

Any orders returned or refused due to banned or restricted products, wrong address, refusal to pay custom fees, duties or taxes, or refusal to accept the order for any reason will be refunded the amount of the order less all shipping, duty, and tax fees. No refunds will be processed before we receive the returned package in our warehouse. If the package is seized by customs or the cost to return the product to our warehouse is higher than the cost of the refund due, Sapplementa will instruct the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be applied.

Declaration of Product Value

All orders will include full value minus shipping charges on the shipping label for compliance with international laws.

Included on all invoices will be name, quantity and price of each product.

Shipping Charges

 International orders are charged shipping costs based on weight and destination. Shipping methods will be calculated once you have filled your cart and entered your shipping address.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please be aware that delivery times provided are all estimates. Times provided do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packaging (please allow 24-48 hours for packaging). Please wait minimum 30 day to pass before requesting us to process a package as lost.

Shipping Methods for International Orders

International shipping times and methods vary greatly depending on destination, customs, and shipping method.

Important Information about International Shipping with USPS

  • USPS First Class Package International: Packages shipped with this method are NOT insured and CANNOT be tracked once they leave the United States. Sapplementa is not responsible lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to select a trackable or insured shipping method such as DHL, FedEx or USPS Priority, especially for larger orders.

  • USPS Priority Mail International: RECOMMENDED FOR FASTER DELIVERY. Packages shipped with this method ARE insured and CAN be tracked once they leave the United States. Claims can be filed for lost packages. Sapplementa is not responsible for stolen packages.

  • Shipping times for USPS International tend to be longer than for DHL or FedEx International methods. When placing your order, please consider your needs for insurance, tracking and speed of delivery and select your shipping method accordingly.
